Soto Bening Semarang

Makan soto di Semarang...itu HARUS !!!
Buat soto ala Semarang ???.....kita coba yuk...

dengan bahan yang sederhana ini :) ayam (kampung), daun salam, bawang putih dan bawang merah

pertama, rebus air sampai mendidih, masukkan daun salam + ayam nya yach

trus...haluskan dengan blender aja bawang merah dan putihnya
tumis dengan sedikit minyak + blue band sampai harum
masukkan ke dalam air rebusan ayam
tambahkan garam, merica dan kaldu ayam
kecilkan api...biarkan sampai ayamnya empuk (tambahkan air jika sudah mulai sedikit ya)

sementara menunggu sotonya...siapkan perlengkapannya

taaaraaa...siap disajikan (+bawang merah goreng, kecap ya)
enjoy it !!!

Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe

This is one of our favourite recipes. Spaghetti Bolognese!!!

It's easy to follow my recipe, enjoyed time and time again!

Lets make it....

1. Put the oil and the butter into a  saucepan.
2. Add the chopped onions and garlics.
3. When the onions have changed colour, add the mince beef (you can also add mushrooms).
4. Fry the mince and the onions until the mince is nice and crumbly.
5. Then add salt, pepper and tomato kechup.
6. Let it simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes, to reduce the sauce so it will be nice and thick and blend together.

How to serve...
Bring the water to a boil, add salt and oil. Put the spaghetti into the boiling water for about 10 minutes.
Pour them  and add some butter, let the butter melt in your spaghetti.
Presto...you can enjoy it !!!

Zelan Vital Eyeliner

Ecosway had a new product this month....cream eyeliner. It's only 110,000 IDR for 3 pcs...a pretty good price (on promo). I got it in black.
Let's see how it work ...

comes with brush but it is not easy to apply when you need to get a nice precise line. The cream is too watery and hardly dry.

I did like the color, but it is unfortunate that the makeup does not wear as long as promised.

It is important for my eyeliner to last as long as possible and perform under difficult conditions. I simply don't have the time or ability to sneak away into the bathroom every hour and refresh my makeup.

It's still OK when I flush it with water. Just don't rub your eyes LOL ....

However, I would not re-purchase this as I would rather just get something else that I don't have to struggle with to stay on or give me a continuous even line of color.
