Jamur Crispy

Mau cemilan di sore hari ?
Coba yang satu ini...jamur crispy

1, Beli jamurnya pilih yang lebar ya...
2. Potong pangkalnya
3. Di buat dalam potongan kecil - kecil (mmm....orang bilang sih "disuwir-suwir") hahaha
4. Cuci bersih

5. Diperas sampe kering, lalu taburi sedikit garam
    Diamkan sebentar (biasanya akan berair lagi), diperas lagi sampe kering
6. Siapkan campuran tepung beras, tepung tapioka dengan perbandingan 1 : 1
    Tambahkan garam, merica dan kaldu bubuk...aduk rata ya

7. Masukkan jamur dalam adonan tepung, ratakan
8. Goreng dalam minyak panas
9. Tunggu sampe kekuningan. Dan siap disantap....
